False advertising
False advertising at its worst. They claim that if they can’t beat your current insurance, they’ll pay the difference—but that promise clearly means nothing. I submitted all the required documents over a month ago and haven’t received a single response or even an acknowledgment.
What’s even more frustrating is that they continue to call me offering new quotes, yet whenever I ask about the payment I’m owed, I’m told it will be “referred to another department.” Nothing ever comes of it.
Don’t make bold advertising claims if you have no intention of honoring them. This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.
