False Advertising!!!

I have been a faithful Budget client for some time. In February, my premium for a vehicle increased by almost R200, making my monthly insurance cost over R800. I was shocked at this sudden increase, especially since the vehicle has decreased in value as it is over 10 years old. I phoned Budget, complaining about this, and they discounted my premium to R698. I accepted this offer. Last night, I used Hippo to get comparative quotes, and received a Budget quote of R598 with a reasonable excess! I was happy to take this offer, and got a phone call from Budget today. Two agents informed me that the Hippo quotes are incomplete, and that they could only give me that price if I accepted an excess of almost R9000. To me this is false advertising, Budget. I am not happy with my premium on my aging vehicle. Give me the premium as advertised on Hippo!
