Failing to provide roadside assistance

I was stuck in a mud on 16/03/2022 and when i called for assistance I was told my comprehensive cover doesnt cover for road side assistance as i wanted a breakdown to come and rescue my car.

When checking my policy document it doesnt show whether roadside assistance is included or not.

No option was provided to me to take roadside assistance and no advise provided to me whatsoever, so please I need call recordings for consultant who activated my policy, I want to hear the call recordings.

I paid about R700 cash to towing company and I need my refund. Please every Comprehensive cover contains roadside assistance and I need call recordings. This is a shame
