Extremely Poor Service - Very Disappointed
Budget Insurance failed to assist with my claim after an accident that wasn’t my fault. They refused to help recover costs from the other driver’s insurer and told me to find my own lawyer and go to Small Claims Court. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected support, not to be left stranded.
