Extremely Poor service to elderly people

So this company who claim is for their customers will refer their client to a panel beater Ray Geysers in King William's Town who will take a month to fix a car and the insurance will tell a frustrated customer to calm down who will not be having a car for a whole month... Clearly they shouldn't be dealing with people maybe have an insurance for robots. Now a 62 year old is stuck without a car for a month and no one is making provisions for her and i quote from the claims disputes consultant "read on insurance policy terms". To think i got better service from claims consultants than the actual claims dispute consultant.
