Extremely dissatisfied – Mechanical Breakdown Warranty!!

I took out a Mechanical Breakdown Warranty with Budget Insurance, thinking I am covered and I can have peace of mind. How wrong could I have been. BMW was initially advised telephonically by Innovation group that there would only be certain exclusions. Replacement of the VVT sensor would be covered. The same day I receive a repudiation letter from Innovation group on behalf of Budget Insurance that the entire claim is excluded. As a female with little knowledge on mechanical parts etc. of a vehicle, I am referred to exclusions in the policy document. If the policy is meant to deal with be such a complicated specialised area it should not be marketed telephonically. I am awaiting the outcome of the dispute of the repudiation. It is stressful enough to have mechanical problems and being reliant on other to get from point A to point B. This is extremely emotionally distressing. I would not recommend this product to anyone. To me it has proven to be useless.
