Extremely disappointing telecom skills and failure to respect potential client requests

I am shocked. Budget insurance called today just after 2 and I explicitly explained that I could not take the call due to work commitments and asked to be called the following day at 11am . An hour later a gentleman from budget insurance called again and i explained that i could not take the call once again but he persisted to force me into a conversation to the point that I had to drop the call, immediately thereafter a lady called and I explained that I had already scheduled time for budget insurance to call me the next day and she dropped, now I continue to receive calls regardless of my request, to be exact 11 more calls and counting to the point that I had to block the number. This is terrible and so unprofessional and now I feel like the calls are continuing because I had gotten upset over the phone of which I believe I am in my Right, my work commitments come first and any other commitments I deem to be important. I now I am not interested in anything that budget insurance has to offer and will not be willing to recommend this insurer to any other person, if a simple request cannot be honoured what impression are you leaving for future dealings .
