Extremely disappointed, would not recommend Budget Insurance take your money elsewhere

I am extremely disappointed with Budget Insurance. I would not recommend them to anyone They reversed my January premium 3 times [27 Dec, 28 Dec and 31 Dec] for reasons not stated. There was enough money in the account on all three occasions. I called them on the 12th of to find out what's happening, I was assisted by Smilo Nkomo who confirmed that my premium went through and my policy was active. I was involved in an Accident on the 15th of Jan 2025, they refused to pay because they said i reversed the premium. I called my bank and they confirmed that I never reversed the premium and that it was done by Budget Insurance themselves. I took all necessary measures to ensure that my premium was paid and now they rejected my claim. I would recommend them at all, take your money elsewhere
