Exorbitant Premium Increases
Beware being quoted on cheap car insurance in order to for budget to attain you as a client. On your annual review you can expect premium increases in excess of 20%. When lodging a complaint about the increase all you receive is an automated response. If you are looking for an acceptable level of customer service then do not choose Budget Insurance.
