Exorbitant 25% annual increase in car insurance

I received a notice of a 25% annual increase to my car insurance! I have never had an accident claim. When I called Budget Insurance to ask how they can justify this exorbitant increase, they skirt around the question and don't give a straight answer and then actually asked me what I think a fair increase amount is. The increase is almost R128 extra per month. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and ******ion before.
