Exellent sales skills <br> <br> 10/10 for customer care and sales. I was on the brink of cancelling my budget insurance contract. Riedwaan Jardien made me understand why it is important for me to stay with budget. And i certainly he changed my mind. its not that he convinced me stay that really impressed me. its how he acheived this goal of keeping a difficult client while defying all odds of my strong arguments. As a marketing executive im very impressed with the passion and panche Riedwaan puts into his work and deserved to be commended for this. how do you stop a client switching insurance companies where he can CLEARLY save a whopping R400 a month?
