EXCESS RECOVERY /2024

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration My vehicle was involved in an accident last year (2024)on 28th January now I'm sitting with a problem "Please be advised we only sent our claim to the other party's insurance on date 2024-08-01 because initially we had the incorrect insurance details of the other party, we managed to the correct one and sent them the proof of repairs on 2024-12-09"

Only last month (January) they sent me this email for something that happened last year (January)now I must suffer because of their mistake and poor service
