Excess increased after claim
when i first took insured my car in december 2013 i was sent documents stating that my excess is R4050.00, but that all changed after i had an accident in June 2015. i was told by Natasha that my excess is R9600.00 which i dont know. i have never received any communication informing me that my excess is increasing and now its almost time to pay it so i can get my car back. i have explained my situation to Natasha and even emailed her the original document stating the R4050.00 excess and she promised to come back but never did.
