EXCESS FEE FOR ACCIDENT OCCUR

I have a problem with how Budget Insurance handled my accident claim. I am the insurance holder but included my wife as the regular driver because she was using the vehicle regularly going to work than me and i was mostly using it on weekends , because we have a Nissan 1400 and Corsa Utility.<br> <br> But upon my accident , the guy from Budget told me that the people whom he interviewed told him i was the regular driver. <br> <br> I was told that I will have to pay my excess fee of R5 550.00 plus R9 550 for penalties, but their policy document indicate that if I was not a regular and over 25 years I will have to pay R3 400 penalties but they went against their own policy terms and I was not the regular driver of the vehicle. I think their investigation was not done properly and against me. My wife was also in the vehicle when the accident happened but she was never interviewed. <br> . <br> <br>
