Excess claim from third party

Claim from budget insurance for access payment back to me not done, waiting for 6 months no feedback up to now. Claim was put in October. My Corrola was in a accident, caused by a bus driver. He has admitted fault. Claim was handled by Norma Masuku, she did nothing till up to 26/01/2016.Budget Insurance did not follow up and I had numerous calls to them without success . Claim was forward to Mr Selborne Moeti on 26/01/2016. Up to now they did not managed to settle the excess amount. I have paid the excess in order to get my car fixed. I need that Budget refund the excess amountto me . and claim it from the bus company. I do pay my insurance premiums on time and expect that Budget Insurance to look after a loyal client for more than ten years.
