Exceptional service from Zinhle

I called the contact centre to resolve a debit order going off earlier than agreed that was starting to be a pattern. Zinhle was a champion; warm, courteous and to the point. She very quickly resolved the issue after apologising which is something that is becoming very rare in call centres. I was very pleased. All round exceptional service!
