Exceptional Service from Jiaan Royeppen at Budget Insurance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jiaan Royeppen from Budget Insurance, and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. His knowledge of the product was incredibly detailed, and he explained everything with such clarity and professionalism. Although I ended up cancelling my policy as it didn’t make financial sense to stay at this stage, I was genuinely impressed by the way Jiaan handled the conversation. His friendly attitude, patience, and deep understanding of the product made a lasting impression. @Budget — please give this guy a raise! If my financial circumstances change, I will definitely reconsider Budget purely because of the outstanding service I received from Jiaan!
