EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

It took me a while to contact Budget via Facebook Messenger as this was preferable to phoning the toll-free number and being on hold for 100 hours.

I did receive several emails - a bit of back and forth - and requested an agent contact me.

But, once they did phone me I had the pleasure of dealing with a Manager named SIPHO. This guy deserves a promotion! He took me through everything, all the changes, made recommendations and was extremely helpful. I cannot recommend SIPHO enough! We even had a couple of laughs. I felt like he was a friend.

BUDGET INSURANCE, with people like SIPHO in your employ you can only go one way and that's UP. 5 stars from me because of SIPHO.
