Exceptional Claim Process

I Joined Budget Insurance in November 2023 and was involved in an accident on the 4th December 2023 which resulted in my car being written-off.

The claim process was hustle free, Farhana Shaik the consultant allocated to my claim was exceptional, she provided feedback on every process until the end.

Giles Tshuma the senior consultant appointed to assess my claim, was also very exception, he also provided me with feedback and was also very quick to finalise the claim.
