Good day<br> <br> I'd like to take this opportunity and appreciate such warm and excellent service experienced when I took my car for an assessment to Budget Insurance 'Durban Assessment Centre'after on the date it was due after I had an accident. I must say I was feeling so down, annoyed and irritated looking at my car like that. <br> <br> Julius went an extra mile to ensure that he found out how I was doing, understood my emotions and immediately ensured that as much as he's doing his job asking all the required questions, he also showed that he cares and is concerned and wanted to make me forget about it and feel better.<br> <br> I honestly walked out feeling much better.
