Excellent Service

I reported a claim on 2/3/2015 and Schaunette took the detail of the driver who told ms that he must take the vehicle for assessment in Steelddale. Renato did the assessment and told us what will be repaired. I only mentioned that I must have my vehicle back before the Easter Weekend. I phoned and spoke to Gift in the call centre, on two occasions. Even though I was looking for Schaunette, she assisted me and Schaunette will send an email acknowledging the inquiry.<br> Today my claim was settled, cash in lieu because I just mentioned that I have quoted with a reputable panelbeater within my residential area who will do the repairs wjthin 2 weeks.<br> Thank you guys, you have exceeded my expectation in such a way that I will have my vehicle back for the easter weekend.
