EXCELLENT SERVICE

On Monday 2015-09-28 at 04:30 my son Antonio Lester Clyde Nomdoe was involve in a serious motor vehicle accident on the N2 just outside Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. He was hospitalized in Greenacres Hospital and was in a coma for 12 days and spend a further 5 days in the High Care Unit of Greenacres Hospital before been discharged pending his admission on 2015-10-26 to Aurora Rehabilitation Hospital. During this whole encounter I dealt with all issues pertaining to the Insurance Claim because my son was and still is unable to do so. I dealt from the start with a gentlemen named Tarique Bosthan who assistance need appraisal and cognance. The mere fact that i was not the insured person and yet he went out of his way to speedily deal wit said claim , the fact that he was so concerned with my son's wellbeing whenever he contacted me is reali a gesture which would remain with me for a long time. Even after the claim was settled with the financial institution he is still checking on my sons progress. This is truly the type of person that can place any company a cut above the rest. im overjoyed with the way my sons claim was handled and please give recognition for a job well done.
