Excellent Service

I called Budget to ask about the annual increase on my car insurance. I got the amount very wrong and thought the increase was astronomical. The lady I spoke to, Karabo, was very helpful, explained it all to me and then decreased my fees to a more affordable option. A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Budget. They do go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.
