Excellent customer service from Budget Insurance

My car was ****** on the 30th of October 2021, i made all the effort to get assistance from Tracker, but the car was never recovered. I made an online claim, that was also followed up with a call. I writing because i have received nothing, but excellent service. Each time i would have a call drop for whatever reason they would call back. The insurance did their investigation and I met a very helpful fellow named Robbie Mentz. Azeezah Vallie then explained the rest of the process in which they had to pay the bank, but i expressed my concern that i needed a car and she referred me to Gerald i hope am right about the name who speedily organised the replacement car with the dealership. The story does not end there, three days after receiving the car i was involved in accident with a truck. I called Budget whilst I was at the scene of the accident and they assisted me and had car towed. As I write the car is being repaired. I am writing this review because of the excellent service that i received from the team at budget. I spoke to so many people in the call centre, and WhatsApps and they were all just wonderful. Thank you Budget insurance.
