Excellent customer service

<p>I recently registered a claim with Budget Insurance (my first claim). The overall experience was rather disappointing. I expected to be updated about the progress of my claim, but instead I had to continuously do follow-ups myself.</p> <p>When Keagan Mohammed became aware of my dissatisfaction, he took it on himself to ensure that I walked away a happy customer.
