Excellent customer service

As individuals we are always eager to lay a complaint, but when it comes to excellent customer service we forget to do so. I took out a Business policy with Budget on 8 Sept 2017. About twee weeks later, a truck reversed into my vehicle which was parked. On calling Budget to submit the claim, I was helped fast and sufficiently. I was kept up to date by sms, as that was my preferred contact method, as I can't always take phone calls during the day. I was kept up to date by the panel beater daily. In less than a week from submitting the claim we were called by the panel beater advising that the vehicle was ready for collection. Unique Panel & Spray did an amazing job. I would like to thank Keshen in the business claims department and also Travel Chetty in the Business Insurance division. You guys are amazing. Once again, thank you very much for giving such excellent service.
