Excellent client service

After our discussions about my complaint, the supplier phone me to arrange collection for my cell phone. They have suggested that to solve my problem they will fix my phone at no extra charge for my account. The owner of the repair company personally collected the phone after hours (that very day) to ensure the phone is fix asap. The phone was fixed within one day, and the owner personally delivered the phone to my house to ensure full satisfaction with the repair job.
