Exceeding client expectation

I contacted Budget after my premium increased (annual increase), covid took it's toll and I had difficulty paying the new premium and Budget was able to assist me with this and exceeded my expectation, they reviewed my policy and was able to decrease my premium and make it affordable for me again, thank you to Cameron at Budget for his professional and friendly service, thank you for all the information you shared, I appreciate it.
