Every year they send you you a ridiculous increase of 22percent or higher and expect you to accept this. When I queried it this year they have unacceptable excuses of how every thing increases and the more I tell them the inflation rate is only 6percent and I haven't had any claims the less they are listening. In the end they reduced the increase to 14percent which is still 3 times higher than the inflation rate!
