Endless problems with budget

I have joined budget insurance a couple of months ago and so far experienced nothing but disappointment. Firstly I keep on receiving messages saying they need my car's tracking certificate which I sent to them numerous times, after checking they realised they received the certificate they just never updated my profile, and after they saw they received the certificate they still telling me they are waiting for the certificate. Secondly I told them numerous times to update the number plate on my account as one digit is wrong like I expected its not done yet, if I get into an accident or sonething happens to my car then they will tell me ling stories about why they cant pay out but I am trying now for months to correct everything with absolutely no help from their side. When you go onto their website they have a call back option I have filled in that option more than 6 times in the last week no one phoned me back, also my premium went up no explanation no nothing, this is super unprofessional behaviour from an supposedly professional company, like every other company they are just after the money and dont give a damn about their clients
