EMPTY promises when trying to claim
I took out a waranty for my used vehicle with budget as the benefits seemed promising. Yet now that I have been trying to lodge a claim, it seems that it was all empty promises. Ive been trying to register a claim for the past two weeks. Eventually I received a reply saying a consultant will be in contact with me.....that was 3 days ago and no one has contacted me. This is pathetic and very unprofessional service from an insurer.
I woul not recommend budget to ANYONE

30 Sept 2019, 16:45That is total bul**** as the claims department has now advised me that they cannot pick up any policy with my ID number or my policy number... So please tell me what the hell I've been paying for??? Also because of your *********** claims staff my car is now no longer in working or driving condition so please tell me what do you suppose I do now????
