Empty Promises

On the 05 of February 2015 i submitted a claim for my motor vehicle. I was then sent to assess my vehicle which i did and was told i would get a response after 3 working days and did not. After several attempts and being given the run around i spoke to Adelaide from the business department who kept on promising to call me to keep me updated however to date she has never called me even after leaving several messages with her colleagues. I have requested for management to contact me and no joy with that either. its now two weeks and my query is not been resolved, to date my vehicle has not been repaired which is my business vehicle. I am now considering cancelling my insurance policy with immediate effect and taking my business else where.
