Emergency Number "Not Found" - Not working :(

I was in an emergency yesterday and I tried calling the budget number emergency/helpline yesterday (***) and the number did not go through, I tried several numbers and I have just tried it with a landline and the number is "Not found" Its not the first time this is happening.

As a client I am not happy that I cannot rely on you in times of emergency, I have used Outsurance and King Price in the past and I had peace of mind.

Unless this is resolved I consider moving to a more reliable provider.
