27 Mar 2026, 18:40I made a complain and I got a reply from we buy cars that my query would be resolved in 48 hours, and I can tell you now that it is still not attended to and my claim from my insurance has been declined beaucase I did not get this assistance from we buy cars.
My premiums were deducted for over 3 months but when I need assistance from budget I am told they cannot help me.
From inspection I did mention my car was bought on auction without a service history book and they still agreed to cover my car but when I claim I MA declined
