Effective, Friendly and courteous consultant

I wanted to update my address these days you everything online or App, I couldn't. I sent an email it took them like 1-2hr to respond whick is rare from these insurance companies and on top of that i got to save over R150. The consultant who helped me was so friendly prompt and wrapped up that call in 2 minutes. Talk about efficient. Pity I forgot her name. Hopefully I'll get a survey about her so that she gets that perfect 10
