I am taking back my 5 star review as this was done on the day, 2 weeks ago my claim was a approved, and I was told that in 24-48 hours the panel shop would be in touch, fast forward 2 weeks, I have made numerous attempts to follow up, via phone call ( i the call drops while speaking there is 0 attempt made to call back and i have to wait in line again) and email, no one has gotten back to me and the claims manager Thabo is yet to get back to me to advise what's happening, my car is standing in the yard for 2 weeks and he hasn't bothered to follow up with me, I spoke to 3 agents yesterday (Emmanuelle: No callback, Fahim, Who managed to have Chad i think who called me back to hear what i had to say and said he would call back but didnt)who promised call backs and only the second guy managed to have someone else call me who said they would get this sorted but again I have not gotten and update from them, I am extremely unhappy as I have provided all my info promptly and even gotten threatened that if I don't respond in 14 days my request will be closed, Are you then jus? 2 weeks later, I had to get hold of the panel shop myself for them to tell me they did not get Auth and I need to go check with Budget who then says the Auth was sent Friday only for the panel shop to tell me they got nothing? I need a manager to call me ASAP as I have not gotten feedback or even the slightest apology for the delay and as to why this happened and why I need to waste my ****ing time, money and minutes for the past 2 weeks and no one at budget can call me to tell me ***, I need a call today, I pay every month, premium increase, sure no problem and when I claim you ****en delay my life like this, ny man
