Dragging to Finalize my claim

When they tell you about the policy its all sweet talks but when its time to claim the don't care about you. I was involved in a accident twice in 1 weekend, what is sad its a hit and run issue but I manage to get the registration. I did everything to give my insurance all the information, went to the police did everything. And now they are telling me they want my bank statement and all my cell phone beacon and billing. They are still dragging, telling me they are waiting for cell c its been 2 weeks going for 3 weeks telling me they are waiting for cell c. And I am the 1 making calls and following up. I am not impressed with how the are handling things really. Its been a month and a week they are still telling me they still want to finalize. My car has not even started to be fixed.
