Double Debted in one Month
Budget insurance is ****, i took a car insurance with them and i have ask the lady who are assisting me that i want my cover to start on the 20 May 2024 and they need to debt on 20th every month but they debted me twice in May on the 17 May and 20 May. The instructions were clear that i dont want my cover to start on the 1 of may. So i can call them they are me that my cover started on the 1st of May, which is something i didn't agree on.
