they quick to collect the premium and just as quick to reject claims. i Have been paying the premium for years and made only 2 claims since the inception of the policy. 1. Xenon Headlights - Rejected repaired at my own cost R4000 2. Throttle position sensor - Rejected - Quote from VW to Repair R6000. both components claimed for were non ware and tare parts and non maintainance parts. Both claims were for electronic sensors and both were not covered. What am i paying for. you service is poor, you always have an excuse, i was told at the inception of the policy that it would cover electronic and engine. i have cancelled the policy with immediate effect and will not advise anyone to use Budget.
