Don't trust budget insurance at all.

I insured my business and my stock with budget insurance for ******, fire,and other incident so two weeks a go 4 african people walk to my shop and ****** my brand new iPhone xs max from my shop then I open the case at police station and called insurance people for claim . After sometimes insurance broker her nam is stella called me asked some questions and I did explain the incident so the she ask for some more documents like invoice and some adverti*****ts I had on gumtree to sell my iphone for proof which that iphone was for sell .after I sent all that things few days later she called me and told me your case is rejected because they didn't brake in your shop they walk in to your shop.but on first day when they want to make a deal their broker came to my shop and explain everything on the contract so the deal was for ****** stock not for if they brake in then they covered me . So the people must be careful about budget insurance they will make excuses to don't pay out .this is untrusted insurance company I ever seen .
