Don't trust Budget Insurance.

Don't trust this insurance company. I am busy with a claim and was supposed to submit photo's of my vehicle soon after I took out insurance with them. I was not informed, instead when I submitted a claim, I was told to submit photo's of the car before the incident took place. Upon submission, they told me the photo's were not adequate as they wanted photo's just before the incident took place. In other words, people must now take pics of their vehicles everyday, in case something happens so that they can then submit these pics to suit Budget INsurance requirement. This is utter bull! They are in a hurry to get money from you, yet when it is their turn to assist ordinary citizens, they find loopholes not to keep their side of the bargain or agreement. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I've had it with companies like them, vultures and *****ing money from people. They are bloodsucking parasites that prey on ordinary people like you and me.... always on the lookout to con people.
