Don't take vehicle insurance with Budget

Just a heads up to anyone looking to take up vehicle insurance with Budget insurance......had a vehicle incident on 07/01/2022, to date it has not been finalized. They take your premium every month without complaint but when it comes to a claim, they treat you like a ********, I am being interrogated about my personal life, my family and friends lives and about my vehicle’s mechanical history even before I owned it!. You will be expected to have knowledge about the engine and mechanical working of the vehicle and knowledge of the vehicle even prior to your ownership!!! Even if your vehicle is fully running and licensed at the time of incident!...BEWARE, rather find another insurer.
