Don't Take that Dent and Scratch Cover from Budget - It is Misleading and a *******

I am going to call again and cancel my Dent and Scratch Cover that I have paid for every month for the last 3 years because it is USELESS!!!!!!! I was told they cover all scretches to the value up to R5000, I just have to pay R600 access fee, which I have no problem with. When I called in today to book my car in, I was told, the cover is for one stone chip at a time, I can't claim for 2 scratches. what is the use for R5000 value if I can only claim for one stone chip or scratch at a time? Why would I pay R600 to fix one stone chip that costs R250? First they ripped me off on Car insurance, I cancelled it, I kept Dents and Scratch cover because I wanted to keep my car in a mint condition. It is a total *******! What makes this worse is that you have to explain how you got each scratch? when you got it? Who scratched it? Who was driving? What you did to the kid that scratched the car? What were you eating when you noticed the scratch? It's all nonsense to avoid paying. And nobody even called me back when it was obvious I ran out of airtime while asking the meaning of this nonsense. They don't care!!! I will post this on Facebook on a sponsored post, I will post to my 30 thousand followers on LinkedIn, I will post on instagram, email friends, anounce it at church if I have to... This is a total *******. I have paid and and never claimed anything for 3 full years. I will also take this to the insurance ombudsman and ask for all calls top be pulled, I want to hear that agent telling me this when they sold me cover.
