Don't insure with Budget!!!!! They never lose and you paying them for nothing!

I think we should have a zero star for this lot. So power surges have affected a few of my appliances.....I was told no to the kettle after their technical team told me on site that it was due to a power surge, I was told my TV is fine and I have yet to check that....then yes to my fridge....replacement value they sat is 6000.....we paid close to 9000 a couple of years ago. But her is the stinker....they deduct 2500...excess and 1600 additional excess as it was a power surge....so 3100 excess minus the value they say...and they want the old fridge because it not economical to repair How?????? I would rather take that payout and try and fix my fridge as I cannot buy a fridge with the payment minus the excess? You guys are pathetic!!!
