Dont be fooled by their advertising campaign! Worst insurance company! Stay away from Budget Insurance

I told the agent Hazel Msumza to start my policy on the 01 October 2021, she decided to effect it on the 01 September 2021. I said this because I needed to cancel my isurance with my current insurer which takes 30 days. Now I ended up with two vehicle insurance covers debiting my account. ***** Budget, I immediately cancelled, this is after I called three times for them to cancel my cover. They frustrate you when you want to cancel. Three hours later I am still waiting for the confirmation letter of my cancellation
