Do you ever pay out?

Quick to take installments but when you claim they won't call more than once so better make sure the next week you sit by your fully charged phone and wait for a call. Because if you miss that call its over and you can forget about the claim.....30 days waiting and all we get is that it is in progress.......time to move on i guess
