Do not waste your money on Budget Insurance!

After 2 months without my car, Budget decided to choose which parts of the car they would fix and not communicate why the others have not been fixed. I’ve called several times to the claims department SINCE JANUARY 2022 but all I’ve gotten is empty promises about the matter being escalated and that I’d receive a call by EOD. It’s quite interesting that as a customer you make monthly payments but when it’s time for the service provider to do their part, nothing happens.

Judging by recent reviews, it seems that this is a disturbing trend within Budget Insurance and I certainly WILL NOT advise anyone to use this company as an insurance provider. They are not there when it counts but will surely sell you their products and services well.
