DO NOT take out a policy with Budget insurance!

Three weekends ago there was a hail storm which damaged the front of my bonnet. Never in my whole life (30 years+) did I every put in any claim with any insurance I've ever had. I received a quote that it will cost my insurance with Budget (4 years +) R1 500.00 - R1 800.00. When I called Budget I received unprofessional help and was told to pay R4 600.00 in then they will pay for the damaged from an act of God. When I questioned them why R4 600.00 for R1 500.00+ job where I did not write off my car, they couldn't give me a straight answer or no answer at all. I asked them why they never told me that every single pump or scratch will cost me R4 600.00 every single time there is an act of God, no none could answer me (if they did tell me back then I would never have taken out Budget insurance). Every single person tried to speak to can't even talk straight. I asked them more than 7 times for a manager to call me back and they throw me nothing but a big F-you and has the audacity to tell me to fix it myself. When I asked them why do I have insurance, there is absolutely no answer at all. If you want to take out insurance from Budget insurance, re-think, please do not make my mistake!
