DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY WILL LABEL YOU BAD

I do not even know how to start off this review but all i can say is DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE OUT. We insured with budget because it seemed legit,however when it was time to claim it was rejected. after nearly a month of back and forth my partner then asked me to assist as the whole claim was going nowhere with Grant Williams asking for stuff and it was not "correctly" provided. I then took over everything and eventually he cam to the conclusion it was DISHONESTY on our part and with the rejected claim comes a slap on the face policy immediately being cancelled and if we ever insure elsewhere to provide our last outcome. So basically they said WE COMMITTED INSURANCE *****! We had camera footage and alarm reports as well as police reports, we all are aware that even if i get killed now the cops pitches up in like 2 hours basically what happened and so 3 of our reports was not filed. The discrepancies was that our alarm report did not match with our claim dates, fair enough, but then you reject one claim but now you reject everything even thou we have an alarm report as well as a suspect and still hold us for insurance ***** all in the name of not wanting to pay out a claim in all the years we have been clients with you guys paying premiums religiously and the one time we actually need your assistance and you failed miserably. This is just a shout out to whoever that be very careful with these people i even got threaten for saying i will take this further because i will be tarnishing the company reputation. But guess what this is SOUTH AFRICA freedom of speech and i will not let this go not while my partner paid all those claims. His worked too hard to want to ***** small money like the claim you guys rejected.
