Do not insure with budget Insurence , worst service ever

The worst service you will ever receive. I have been with budget Insurence for me more than 7 years without a claim . I put in my first claim 4 months ago for my car , I am still waiting for a response from the collections/recovery department . I have called them 7 time this week alone and have sent multiple emails to the reapertment and to dispute resolution without soo much as an answer. I wouldn’t recommend such service even for my worst enemy .

The consultants are rude and unhelpful , they end calls on you and never call back . The person responsible for your account basically missing and never available .
